I’m Aly Perez, RN, and the founder of ALTER Aesthetics in Pasadena. My background in telemetry, critical care, and psychiatric nursing taught me to notice details, ask good questions, and lead with empathy.

With 12+ years in aesthetics, I start every visit with an assessment. We talk about your goals and what feeling good in your skin means to you, then build a plan that respects your features and considers the long term.
